The Company

This is a rare opportunity to join a growing, entrepreneurial food manufacturing business at a pivotal stage of their journey.

With ambitious plans, expanding production capabilities, and exciting new product launches on the horizon, the business is seeking an Operations Manager who wants to be part of building something special. Working within a small, close-knit team, you’ll have genuine influence on the direction of the business and the opportunity to make a visible impact from day one.

This is the kind of role where effort is recognised, ideas are welcomed, and career progression can be accelerated through performance and ambition rather than waiting for the next opportunity to arise.

The Role

Working closely with the Founder, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation and help build the systems, processes and structure required to support future growth.

You’ll be involved across production planning, stock management, purchasing and inventory control, ensuring customer demand is met efficiently and effectively. As the business continues to grow, you’ll play a key role in developing operational procedures, improving performance, driving efficiencies and supporting the launch and scale-up of new product ranges.

This is a highly varied position where no two days are the same. You’ll be given significant responsibility from the outset and the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing food manufacturing business.

The Person

This role is perfect for someone ambitious, driven and eager to accelerate their career within food manufacturing. You may already be working within Operations, Supply Chain, Planning or Production and be looking for an opportunity that offers broader exposure, greater responsibility and genuine progression.

More important than job title is mindset. We’re looking for a self-starter who enjoys a challenge, takes ownership, spots opportunities for improvement and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed. Strong organisational skills, commercial awareness and a proactive approach will be key to success.

This opportunity will particularly appeal to someone who wants to learn quickly, develop their leadership capability and grow alongside a business. If you’re hungry for responsibility and excited by the idea of helping build a successful company from the inside, we’d love to hear from you.

If you’re looking for a role where your contribution will be seen, your development supported and your career progression determined by your results, get in touch today for a confidential conversation. Please apply or contact Jessica or Dhrutee on 07700 137 110 / 0345 2600 737
