They’re seeking a proactive Brand Manager to lead impactful brand-building initiatives and help shape the next chapter of their growth.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you’ll be at the heart of brand activation and engagement. Working with external agencies, you’ll lead engaging digital consumer journeys across social media, CRM, search, and packaging, ensuring a seamless and compelling consumer experience. You’ll manage exciting experiential campaigns and contribute to the team’s ATL brand communication efforts. Additionally, you’ll oversee the packaging design process, coordinating between agencies and internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
In collaboration with the commercial team, you’ll develop impactful in-store activations that drive shopper engagement and enhance brand visibility. Monitoring key consumer measures, you’ll evaluate campaign effectiveness and offer recommendations to amplify future activities. Internally, you’ll be the go-to for brand engagement, crafting a plan to inspire and connect colleagues with the brand through key activations, branded materials, and company events.
Experienced in FMCG marketing, you’re well-versed in brand development and understand how to build consumer connections through strategic brand levers. You have hands-on experience in managing the packaging artwork process and in executing social media and digital marketing campaigns. You’re a confident presenter with natural facilitation skills, thriving in an environment where you can build strong relationships and communicate effectively across teams.
