Senior Sales Executive

Making a notable impression in the Foodservice and Wholesale sectors, they are now looking for a Sales professional who can effectively work cross functionality across several key accounts in order to boost revenue and develop long term strategic relationships.

The Role

In this fast paced and challenging role you’ll use your excellent sales/business development skills to explore new opportunities and manage existing accounts. Whilst forging successful working relations you’ll develop strategies and sales plans, taking responsibility for all new business and providing the highest level of customer service.

You’ll work closely with internal teams to develop and implement cost effective promotional plans and marketing activities to maximise sales growth and distribution of the company’s innovative product ranges. Aware of your competitors’ lines you’ll also identify potential business opportunities and be instrumental in driving projects forward to increase the company’s position within the market place.

The Person

We are looking for a tenacious and commercially astute Sales Executive who has previous experience of increasing business profitability and accumulated a good understanding of premium Mediterranean food products. With a strong background and reputation in the imported food market, you’ll thrive on working under pressure and excel in achieving sales targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth. Working effectively within a team or using your own initiative, you’ll have excellent communication skills for sustaining relationships with internal and external colleagues and most importantly your customer base. You’ll also have strong presentation and negotiation skills in order to influence key decision makers whilst adopting a very consultative style.
