This growing food company are expanding and are growing the talent in their NPD team to take the lead in working with their manufacturing partners in Europe and bring amazing new products to market.
As a key member of the Innovation team you will take ownership of the transition of new products from kitchen approval stage through to successful launch. This will mean taking responsibility for organising and attending factory trials, monitoring the commercial and operational feasibility of concepts for full scale production and driving continuous improvements. You will work with your team to ensure the data from the trials are documented, reported and presented accurately. You’ll engage with key stakeholders across sites to ensure the seamless delivery of the development process, regularly attending NPD and handover meetings to discuss relevant projects and communicate any issues.
This role would suit a confident and motivated Process Technologist looking for a step up into a role with more seniority and autonomy. Ideally you will be a Food Science or Technology graduate with previous experience of working in a fast paced process development role within the food manufacturing industry.
You’ll have proven track record of working with the UK retailers and understand their NPD gate stage process as well as the agility to work on multiple projects for different customers.
As you will be working with manufacturing partners in Europe, you must be able to communicate effectively, speak Polish fluently and be able to influence others to achieve results. You will be required to Travel to Europe for the role.
