You’ll directly report to Head of Innovation and support the Foodservice development team to ensure that product launches are delivered on time and to a consistently high standard taking responsibility for the factory development of new products. You’ll schedule, & manage trials ensuring all products are costed thoroughly after production trials prior to full launch.
You’ll also be monitoring technical complaints and conducting investigations into processes in order to make recommendations for product improvements if necessary. Ensuring that operating procedures and specifications are written correctly for each new product and available to all relevant internal teams. Working cross functionally with production, technical and NPD you’ll build relationships to ensure smooth product launches.
We are looking for a Food Science graduate with some experience in manufacturing ideally within a manufacturing environment. You’ll need to be motivated, enthusiastic, well organised, detail orientated and able to solve problems. You’ll also be able to record and interpret data and make recommendations based on your conclusions. It is essential you are able to work flexible hours with occasional night shifts and weekend
